Tom Boras, who played baritone sax with the band since about 1985, passed away after a long illness on March 12, 2003. Tom was a friend and a fine musician and will be missed by all of us. He played on 3 of the band's recordings and was able to finish "Just For Tonight" although he was not feeling great at the time. The last time I saw him he recorded his solo on "Please Send Me Someone To Love"--it was a soulful solo and changed the mood of the track. To hear Tom playing "Miami Shadows"
